Income tax depreciation

As per income tax i can claim upto 80% depreciation on power saving devices. will UPS falls under this category

Cannot claim depreciation @80% since it is not an 'energy saving device' as per clause III (8)(ix) of Appendix 1 of rule 5 of the Income tax Rules,1962.
