Dear Sir,
I want to know that at the time, when i depositing a Advance tax of a firm through net-banking the payment will be credited from my account but the challan is not generated due to internet problem & i can not get the challan serial no. so please tell me what is the procedings to get the challan no.

OPEN YOUR NET BANKING A/C AND GO TO THE TRANSACTIONS. THEN CHECK TAX PAYMENT CHALLAN AND TAKE PRINTOUT OF THE CHALLAN. IF YOU DONT FIND AN OPTION THEN CONTANCT YOUR BANK FOR CLARIFICATION.
