hello sir,
Can i claim Income Tax Benefit on Interest on Home Loan u/s 24 if i have taken loan for purchasing my first home from my husband's huf.
i have taken loan of rs. 1120000 from my husbands huf, and i have paid annual interest of rs. 112000.00 to my husbands huf account.
all the transaction are done by cheque.
