29 December 2015 Good morning Sir,

Our company payment to U/S 195 hongkong based company towards technical Service. Now We are received income tax demand notice regards Short Deduction. We have payment as per income tax 10% on invoice amount. As per Income tax notice mentioned 3% E.Cess applicable. This Payment E.Cess applicable or not.kindly resolve this problem
As per our Payment for Rs. 66450
As per IT notice for Rs. 68443 diff amount 1993 as per demand notice
