Dear Sir,
My query is whether partners remuneration from agriculture firm is taxable or not

well may be yes!!! see it is necessary that in such structure, instead of giving salary, allow partners to make drawings from current account and adjust it at the year end against their share of profits..dont show it as remuneration.

Share of profit is exempted but not the remuneration part.
