Dear Expert,
Our company in logistics but now company wants fund in that case company can sale own office to managing director, and yes then income tax liability bear on company or Managing Director who will bear.
can we do the same as above.

Short term Capital gain shall arise on the sale of the building. The same shall be taxable in the hands of the company.
