17 November 2016 My mother is a tenant of PAGDI SYSTEM room in the name of my late Father. Can she give it on rent? How will be income tax calculated on rental income?

17 November 2016 If the agreement with the land lord allows you to sublet the same, you may sublet. The income received shall be taxed under the head income from house property.
