A minor Having Income of Rs. 2,50,000 is taxable or not. If Yes then what would be Taxable Amt Please Reply ASAP. Its Urgent

if his manual work/ intellegent
then it will taxable in minor hand.
otherwise
rs. 1500/- will exempt
remiining amount will add in parents income.

It would be taxable in the hands of the Minor because the Income is earned out if his own Professional Skill
