23 November 2016 Can the standard deduction of 30% on NAV be claimed on deemed let out property and when the income is calculated on a notional basis[ actually not received]?

23 November 2016 Yes You can get this standard deduction for info please read below bare lines
-> Income chargeable under the head "Income from house property" shall be computed after making the following deductions, namely:—
(a) a sum equal to thirty per cent of the annual value;
It means whenever you compute the income from house property you can claim this deduction.
