08 July 2011 I HAVE WRITTEN RETURN FORM ITR-7 FOR A TRUST FOR AY-2011-12 AS IT IS TO BE FILED IN PAPER MODE..
BUT WHILE WRITING THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT PAGE THERE IS NO MENTION OF ITR-7 IN THAT PAGE, AS WE HAVE TO MENTION THAT WHICH FORM WE ARE FILING. ALL THE OTHER ITR FORM NUMBERS ARE MENTIONED, BUT NOT ITR-7...

SO CAN ANYBODY HELP ME OUT ABOUT WHICH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO FILL AND HOW TO FILL THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR ITR-7.. IS THEIR ANY SEPERATE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AVAILABLE FOR ITR-7.

08 July 2011 For trust the e-filing of return is not approved. You have to take a general acknowledgment in physical form. It is not required to know which form is filed as it is understood that if you have filed the return for trust then it is form no 7.

On other returns physically filed the respective form numbers are mentioned. Hence do not worry.
