An indian national is abroad for some time n intends to form a company in india is it necessary for him to fly back to india to notarize INC 9 or any other way out??

Attestation from the embassy is enough. Pl note that 'affidavit' is substituted
by 'declaration', hence stamp paper is also not required.

Thank u sir, if the stamp paper is not required, for a director who is in India can simply sign n upload inc 9 without notorizing it?than in that case can a shareholder abroad sign n send the declaration via mail? or on that we need to take attestation from the embassy???
