19 April 2018 An indian national is abroad for some time n intends to form a company in india is it necessary for him to fly back to india to notarize INC 9 or any other way out??

19 April 2018 Attestation from the embassy is enough. Pl note that 'affidavit' is substituted
by 'declaration', hence stamp paper is also not required.

21 April 2018 Thank u sir, if the stamp paper is not required, for a director who is in India can simply sign n upload inc 9 without notorizing it?than in that case can a shareholder abroad sign n send the declaration via mail? or on that we need to take attestation from the embassy???
