Ek internet service provider (Mr. X ) Local bhopal city me last 2 years se Internet connection provide karta hai. business badhane ke intension se current year se 4 alag alag city (Jabalpur, Ujjain, Indore, Dewas) me 4 alag alag persons (Mr. L, M, N, O) ko Internet line provide karta hai, Jiske lie Mr. x per person se Rs. 65,000 per month charge karta hai, jiske madhyam se L,M,N & O Locally Apni Apni city me Users ko connection provide karege. par Mr. X charo Alag Alag city me ek hi firm ka Naam chalana chahta hai, jabki Mr. X Ko L,M,N & O ki Total Receipt se koi Matlab Nahi hai. ab kripya batae ki liability kaise decide kare.

Each of Service provide is responsible/liable to get registration under Service Tax if their Gross Receipts Exceeds or likely to be exceeds Rs. 10 lacs during the year.
In Case of Mr.X (Your Client) is also liable to get Registered under Service Tax because his gross receipts during the year would likely to Exceeds Rs. 10 lacs & if he provides Services more one place & no centralize billing System is present then Mr. X has also to get registered for each premises

shri kumar mukeshji ka uttar bilkul sahi hai. Aapko saari billing bhopal se hi karni chahiye aiyvam registration bhi wahin karvana chahiye. AAp pratham 10 lakh tak ki service tax maafee le sakte hai
