In respect of huf

26 October 2013 I want to start new business, so as per Income Tax rule can I form new business in which proprietor will be HUF.

As an I am individual, I am getting salary income.

Kindly suggest on the same.

26 October 2013 Yes you can start a business with HUF status only if you are male and include your wife or your relatives in it and form a valid huf leaglly with it getting it registered and applying for a valid pan from it dept.

I am married and I have two baby girl. I have already applied for PAN Card. I will be thankful if you suggest briefly any more me to do legally.
