dear sir,
pl guide me on treatment in account for labour contract which we have given as inclusive taxes,
suppose 1133 is the contract price can i treat in my books 1000 rs as labour cost and 113 as input service tax ,
need your experties

Rs.1133/110.30 x 100 =1027 is the sale value and balance is service tax
