in labour contract inclusive service tax

30 July 2010 dear sir,

pl guide me on treatment in account for labour contract which we have given as inclusive taxes,

suppose 1133 is the contract price can i treat in my books 1000 rs as labour cost and 113 as input service tax ,

need your experties
