IF YOU IMPORT THE MACHINERY AGAINST THE EPCG LICENCE ON INSTALLATION WITHIN 6 MONTH INTIMATED TO CUSTOM AND AFTER EXPORT EVERY YEAR SUBMIT THE EXPORT DOCUMENTS IN DGFT/ RLA.

FOR INDIVIDUAL :-
WHENEVER YOU SUBMIT THE CUSTOM DUTY IT DEPANDS ON YOUR SUPPLY.
