Kindly let me know within how many days imported goods are to be used and if any imported items are lying for more than 5 years without use what is the implication

IN CASE OF COMPANY:-
IF YOU IMPORT THE MACHINERY AGAINST THE EPCG LICENCE ON INSTALLATION WITHIN 6 MONTH INTIMATED TO CUSTOM AND AFTER EXPORT EVERY YEAR SUBMIT THE EXPORT DOCUMENTS IN DGFT/ RLA.
FOR INDIVIDUAL :-
WHENEVER YOU SUBMIT THE CUSTOM DUTY IT DEPANDS ON YOUR SUPPLY.
REGARDS,
