why are we filing the this forms or notes known as grounds of appeal and statments of facts
what is the use of it and if we dontfile than what will happen
what are the points do we mentioned and why ?

Ground of Appeal is to explain the facts based on which aggrieved party makes an appeal. It's the spinal cord of any appeal under any Act.
