14 July 2010 A COMPANY ORGANISES BUSINESS EXHIBITIONS IN INDIA & ABROAD. I ORGANISES BUSINESS FAIR ABROD AND COLLECTS PARTICIPATION FEES FROM INDIAN EXHIBITORS IN INDIA FOR ARRANGING THEM SPACE ETC ABROAD. SHALL THE SERVICE BE LIABLE FOR SERVICE TAX.DESTINATION FOR PROVISION OF SERVICE IS OUT SIDE INDIA. PLEASE GIVE EXPERT OPINION. THANKS

14 July 2010 Service provided outside India, but Invoice made in whose name and address ? (India or Outside India)
If it is Outside india, then it 'll become export of service.
And Export of Service is not taxable.

If the above conditions are not satisfied ,,taxable.
