26 August 2015 we have entered in to an agreement for rent and services.

whether service tax is applicable on entire amount of rent as well as services.

how to save the service tax as well as income tax

27 August 2015 CENVAT can be claimed against output service which is tenancy. Although there are no input services in renting as such.

It is dificult to save tax on renting. However the contract agreement shall have to be examined for any further opinion.
