I am from Gujarat I want to start export can I use my individual pan no. for applying IEC or should I need to register new co. with new pan card.

if I need to register Company then what is the procedure to register Co. at village area?(I will register my Co. as my Farm House)

Yes you can register a new company. A company structure anyways gives you much credibility in the market. There are many consultants to help you on that and I would suggest that you use their services as company registration requires a lot compliances.

31 December 2013 there are various websites like taxguru etc. But I am not convinced that they can serve all the needs of a businessman. tax laws change too frequently and as I said earlier, find a local consultant to help you on the complaince matters.
