I am from Gujarat I want to start export can I use my individual pan no. for applying IEC or should I need to register new co. with new pan card.

should I have'nt need to register new Company ?
if I need to register Company then what is the procedure to register Co. at village area?(I will register my Co. as my Farm House)

Yes you can register a new company. A company structure anyways gives you much credibility in the market. There are many consultants to help you on that and I would suggest that you use their services as company registration requires a lot compliances.

31 December 2013 can you please advice me any type of Books or Internet Link which have contain all indian Taxes (basic knowledge of all taxes when applicable and why applicable)

31 December 2013 there are various websites like taxguru etc. But I am not convinced that they can serve all the needs of a businessman. tax laws change too frequently and as I said earlier, find a local consultant to help you on the complaince matters.
