i want to know the exact procedure and company law 2013 section as per which we can demand accounts of a public company which is listed in any of the indian stock exchanges.

Section.128 of Companies act 2013 deals with the books of accounts and inspection. but only director of the company can inspect the books of accounts. not as normal member
