dear freinds, i have a freind running a hardware store who is registered under sals tax. he want to take a loan from a bank they are asking for i t returns for last two years. he dont have any other taxable income and he is not maintaining any books of accounts. pleas anyone let me know how can i advice him about IT filing without any books of accounts.

better is to make books of accounts as even in future he may need to prepare the d same with itr.
