17 April 2009 one of my friend file I.Tax Return for the f.y.2006-07 online on 28/03/2009 without digital signature.then he went to I.T.office to file acknowledgement on 2/04/2009 presuming that it can be filed within 15 days after online filing. But in department they do not accept it as time barring . whether any solution for that.

17 April 2009 After filing I.T Return online without digital signature then ITR-V generate by the software of income tax department and after signing ITR-V will be simtted within15 days to concerned AO. If I.T. staff is refusing then you should approach to AO

17 April 2009 IT staff can not do so. You should follow what Mr.Deepak has suggested.

17 April 2009 I agree with mr.deepak . Since actual filing date shall be taken as 28-03-09 only. IT Staff has to accept it.

YOu should go to higher authority that is AO and get the matter sort out.
