sirs I need to know about the investment companies.? what will they do on investments.? how they earning. what accounts they'll follow.? I need to know about the works on the companies and how I can be hired as an analyst? what should I know about the terms.

Every company have right to investment in other company.
You can check it from NSE and BSE where most of the traded company data is published.
