HUF QUERY FOR FORMATION & GIHT

My client have formed a HUF but no agreement of deed is made by him in regard to such formation, now how should such agreement be made?? Please help me out with format of forming such HUF agreement.

You cannot form huf as you like.
There should be inherited property from elders that it should be used for kith and kin.
In some places marraige gift given with a direction that it should be used for the kith and kin of the bride and bridegroom will pave way for formation of huf.
In your case there is no clear cut details.
