18 June 2016 Dear sir, is it necessary to have capital by gift to get pan card? what will be the incorporation date for huf ( marriage date ; birth of oldest child; or gift date for capital)??? required format for affidavit of huf ( if any one have sample pls provide ). is the affidavit to be notorised??

20 June 2016 In hindu Law......HUF does exist....whether with property or without any property....
Thus as on the dat of birth of the Karta, the HUF of the said Karta did exist....it is a different thing whether or not at that point of time, the said HUF was having any property.
So? the date of birth of Karta shall be the date of HUF
