Section 40A(2)(b) provides that relative for HUF means ALL the members of the HUF.
If the assessee is a HUF then relative means all the members of the HUF.
Where the assessee is an individual relative does NOT include HUF.
Relative for an individual can only be another individual.
If the assessee is a HUF then relative means all the members of the HUF.
