If an individual converts into HUF and receives house property income in that year, then in whose hand will the income be taxable in that year?

individual can not be convered into HUF,
HUF is seperate identity, and it would be taxable seperately, other than individual

Yes individual can throw his individual property in the common hotchpotch of HUF but the tax is to be paid by him. Find out the alternative.
