08 April 2016 please anyone can explain me in details the entire concept of Huf. how to create huf? why there is need to create huf? who can create huf? what are the benefits of huf?

08 April 2016 As the words portray. it is HINDU undivided Family.
The three things are essential for an HUF to be an HUF
01. Common worship
02. Common Dining/Eating
03. Common Property.
If all are present, then there can be the existence of an HUF.
There are 2 types. A. Mitakshara HUF : (Male is Karta or without offending the emotions of the opposite sex, it is male DOMINATED HUF). Found in rest of the India and B. Dayabhaga : (Female is Karta or Female dominated HUF. ) Found in Kerala, West Bengal, some parts of Orrisa and AP and Telangana, Noeth eastern States like Nagaland, Asam etc
