while filling the registration form for GST, l filled different codes , because the portal was not updated with SAC codes . is it a offense under GST regime.

Just amend the registration when option will be available
Note: Raise the invoice with correct HSN//SAC despite of fact that in registration there are wrong or different HSN/SAC
