Dear Sir Greetings of the Day Ours is a Govt.Org. for this FY employees are providing Rent receipt for HRA exemption a few receipts exceeds Rs.1,00,000/- per year and employees are mentioning the Land lord PAN no.
Now My doubt is do we need to take Xerox copy of PAN Card or is it enough to mention PAN No. on Rent Receipt please carify me.

It is enough to mention PAN No. in the rent receipt.
