1) HRA Exemption rules
2) Trasportation Allowance limit
to calculate T.D.S.on salary for FY 2017-18.

Regarding HRA rules haven't changed I suppose. Rule says:
HRA claimed should be lower of following:
1) Rent paid
2) HRA received - 10% of Gross Salary
3) 50% of basic salary (if you are staying in metropolitan)
Regarding your transport allowance limit it is Rs.1600/- pm
