Plz give the calculation for exemption for Metro and Non Metro Cities.

HRA is exempted to the minimum of the following amount >
1. The actual Rent Paid
2. Excess of Rent paid over 10% of Basic salary.
3. 50% of Basic Salary for Metro Cities. In case of non metro cities 40% of basic salary.
