Can we get 50% benifit for HRA in "Thane". or it will be restricted to 40%
If any employees official address on rent agreement is Thane but that is practically coming in Mumbai then can he get benifit of 50%

nopes...it is 40% only. it is not practically coming in Mumbai except for the local train. for all other purposes it is a separate district separate municipality etc etc
