12 February 2015 Hello sir, one of my friend is working in MNC company in Bombay. his native place is in Delhi where having house property
he is availing benefit HRA as well as Interest on house property'

now he is going to buy a new house in Bombay then in this sceneraio is it possible that he can show new house as a let out and avail HRA along with Interest on Two house property...

12 February 2015 Yes, quite possible. No issues.

(Just a small poser.... for buying new house at Mumbai, if he avails any loan from the said MNC, then the said MNC may not treat it prudent to avail HRA benefit and housing loan benefits) Otherwise there is no any harm.
