Dear Sir,
we are a mvat registered dealer in maharashtra in navi Mumbai. We were registered ourself for online on mvat site by ex employee, now we dont have the Login Detail as well as secret question to revoke the password.
Please guide us to revoke the password.

Contact your jurisdiction VAT officer. S/he will take you to the concerned helpdesk officer, who after verrification will give you new password and login, if you want.

its can be set off with secrete qurestion, you have not know the question. then you have to contact to your jurisdiction vat act officer.
