How to revise approved form 1a

27 December 2011 hii filed form 1A for name approval in which i mentioned authorised capital 1lakh and which was approved now i want to change authorised capital to 5 lakhs till now im not filed form 1, 18 and 32wht is the proceedure to change auth.capital now..

28 December 2011 if name has been approved then get ur company registered by filing 1, 18, and 32. and after registration increase ASC from 1 lac to 5 Lac.

OR file fresh 1A with different name with ASC of Rs 5 Lacs.

Or Wait till 60 Days and file fresh 1A with the name approved earlier but it is risky as name can be taken by anothe one within this 60 Days.
