How to re display confirmation scree after st--1 form submis

i have forgot to take print of confirmation screen after filling form st-1 n submitted it...officer is demanding confirmation screen print with propritors sign...what shoud i do..plzz help

only option, request the Service tax official to reject the application and you can login and resubmit and take the print out
