How to pass journal entry of salary without using payroll

i have problem in tally how to pass journal entry of salary with employee name without using payroll.

i pass journal entry like that
i have create ledger of employee under salary payable(cl)
then i pass journal entry of due in journal

salary a/c dr.
to employee name.

employee name a/c dr.
to bank/ cash

sir please help me
