How to open tbk file in tally?

I had taken a back up of data from tally and it is in TBK format. Is there any way i can reopen this file in tally again? If yes, how can i convert this? It is not getting open if i copy the path!

first open the tally software and you can see the option " Restore" in the gateway click and give the path name which you have the particular TBK file and it will take and restore the backup and you can view once restored
