How to open "status of it return"

30 June 2012 I have submitted many IT returns online of my relatives and friends giving my e-mail address. Now I have received Status Report of many returns which are password protected. But from the email received from CPC, I cannot ascertain the name of the assessee. As such, I cannot open these mails. Is there any method to open these emails received from CPC.
