how to obtain pan no. of foreign co. if not provided

10 January 2011 hello friends , i want to know pan no of foreign co. on which tds has been deducted but pan no.of deductee has not been furnished while furnishing tds return a notice has been served that require furnish of pan with in 15 days,

provide a suitable reply letter demo plz and method to obtain pan no plz
