issued capital

10 February 2009 step 1 : Conduct the baord meeting

Setp 2 : In the board meeting one subject should be issue of shares.

Step 3 : Pass a resoulution under section 81 1A of companies act to issue shares to outsiders other than exisiting share holders.

Step 4: File form 23 of companies act to Roc.

Setp 5 : issue offer letters to shareholders giving last date for investing.

Step 6 : Wit till that date

Step 7 : Aganin conduct a board meeting with analysis of share application recieved and allot the shares as per directors advice.

Step 8 : File form 2 to Roc

Setp 9 : Pay fees to sub registrar office for statmping of shares

Step 10 : Issue shares to allottees.
