how to get tin in Karnataka

dear sir
we are having employees co operative Society in Mandya we are doing purchase and sales of grocery and other items
our turnover is rs 25 lakhs per year.
for us company provided free accommodation, power and water for employees welfare purposes
I am having pan no and registration certificate from cooperative Dept
now what are all other documents need furnished for getting tin please advice on this?

You can apply online vat.kar.nic.in in registration tab, fill detail of trade name, goods which are dealing by the society, Bank details, additional place if any, upload photo of chairperson of board, society registrations and deed bylaw, address proof, Rental Agreement if premises etc.
