23 June 2011 plz tell me how to get into big 4,and wat all is asked in the interview,nd how to prepare for the written test

23 June 2011 First you understand what is Big 4. Big 4 is nothing but they are also the firm of Chartered Accountancy but as they are Big and 4 Big giants holding 60% of the big assignments they are called big 4.

Before joining Big 4 in my opinion you better consult a person who has already served his article or service in Big 4. I am not against Big 4 but as you have asked what question is asked in interview and how to prepare for the written examination the person already served in big 4 shall be the best judge.

Anyhow, it is important to mention that if you are joining as an article then the following quality should be there with a a candidate
1) Smart
2) Good at English
3) Super knowledge
4) Good Marks
5) Good family back Ground.
6) Knowledge of the subject
7) Capability to work with Big 4
8) Hard Work
9) Honesty
If you have the above qualities then you be assured you can get into the Big 4.

Initially you have to submit your resume to the Big $ and wait for Interview call from their HR department. Now, how you will sent your C.V Go to the site of any Big $ and upload your C.V. which will be short listed and an interview call will be given by the HR department.

Once you receive the call the time, date and place for interview shall be fixed. On the fixed date you will be interviewed by the HR department and only on their satisfaction you will be called for 2nd round of interview. In the Second Round there will 2, 3 or 4 interview and finally any of the partners of the Big 4 will take the interview. Only after partners approval you can enter in Big 4.
