30 August 2014 You can not file it now since the same is time barred. If it is a refund case then only way is to invoke section 119(2)(b) and submit application for condonation of delay. Once your application is accepted you will be able to file return.

30 August 2014 There is no refundable, but this complailce form showing on my id of efiling. In my pending action. Although TDs cut on my salary every year by government. As he is government empoly, and payment is less than 5 lac.

30 August 2014 Then you can not file return of earlier years till you receive any notice from the department asking you to file the return.

30 August 2014 OK, it means I hv to wait what they say, and also no need to submit compliance form on line , which is shown on my Id .......

01 September 2014 A new options come on efile portal from 28 Aug 14, "my pending action" in that shows out standing demand, compliance form, itr not received/rejected like that. Comes under this option...
