KIndly guide me about how to file e income tax return for AY 2012-13?
Kindy give the steps to file the return.

05 July 2012 Go to HELP Section at https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/index.do

You will have to download excel utility of ITR 1 alongwith the help file which will help you in filing the return.

05 July 2012 1. Download ITR 1 from incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in.

2. Fill ITR 1.
3. Validate ITR 1.
4. Generate xml file.
5. Login to your account on e-filing website.
6. Upload the xml file.
7. Take a print out of ITR V.
8. Sign and send ITR V to CPC
