1. Enable Accounting with Inventory.
2. Create stock items.
3. Alter Purchase & Sales Ledger. Enable 'Inventory Values are Affected"

While creating ur co. u will b asked a Maintain
1.Accounts only
2.Accounts with Inventory.
Choose the 2nd one.
After Creation, go to(frm Gateway of Tally) Masters Inventory Info- Stock Item, Create.
From Gateway of Tally go to Accounting Voucher, on the right side u will find the options what u want.
