how to deactivate "sticky keys"

26 November 2010 when i press five time shift keys then sticky keys becomes active and then i cannot select cells & do my work.

there are three option that appears

ok buttion - to keep sticky keys on
cancel- to cancel sticky key
settings - to change the key combination

if i choose cancel then also sticky key is active.

please suggest me how to deactivate sticky key permanently.
