one of my client want to form proprietorship firm in the name of xyz firm he has following documents
1.pan card
2.aaadhar card
and what is the procedure

06 April 2018 find another person to be the second partner. Draft a partnership deed and execute the same. Apply for PAN and then open the account number. Then apply for other relevant registrations such as GST, shops and establishment etc.

Bank account with Cheque leaf and First page of Pass Book. 5. Email ID and Mobile number... 6. Photo... 7. Self Signature... 8. Business Commodity Details... 9. Rental Agreement if Rented premises...
