How to claim relief u/s 89

I have rec.a demand notice in which cpc not consider the relief as mentioned in the form16 of a- year 2014-15 i also submit rectification request & upload the 10e form also. i want to know that in how much time it rectify. Please tell me the another way.

there is no way other then watb u did is filling rectification request and u wait for some time for ao to rectify the asme
